Follow the colours
Blue to breathe in and the light grows, purple to hold, green to breathe out. Press again for the slower 5-5 rhythm.

Night light, or a sunset
One more press for the night light, or the 30-minute sunset fade that dims your Pal to sleep. Both switch off by themselves after two hours.
A tap on your Pal changes the brightness — that works in every mode. Rechargeable over USB-C, about 20 hours a charge.

Parent questions
How does it actually help a child calm down?
It gives them something to follow. They breathe in while the light grows and out while it dims, so slow breathing happens without anyone having to explain it. It works best if you introduce it during a calm moment first, then reach for it when feelings run high.
What age is it for?
Most families start around 3. Younger toddlers enjoy it as a squishy night light with a grown-up nearby; older kids, teens and adults use the patterns on their own.
Does it need an app, wifi or batteries?
None of the three. One button, a built-in rechargeable battery and a USB-C cable in the box.
How long does a charge last?
About 20 hours of use — for most families that is a charge every week or two.
Can they fall asleep with it?
Plenty do. The silicone stays cool and the light switches itself off after two hours, so it will not glow all night.
Can a whole classroom share one?
That is where a lot of them end up. Wipe it down between children, and look at the packs of 3, 6 and 9 if you need several for a calm corner.
