Breathing Pal Mini
Pocket-size breathing light

- Press the button to cycle through three breathing modes—4–7–8, 4–4–4–4 box breathing and 5–5 breathing—then the ambient night-light mode.
- Choose a pace that feels comfortable. Follow the changing light gently; a child does not have to match every count or hold their breath.
- In night-light mode, tap your Pal to switch between two brightness levels.
- Long-press the button to select the 30- or 60-minute auto-off timer. Without a shorter timer selected, the light switches off automatically after two hours.

Breathing Pal Standard
Your everyday breathing companion

- Press the button to cycle through 4–7–8, box breathing, 5–5 breathing and ambient night-light modes.
- For a simple start, try the 5–5 light pattern without breath holds. Breathe normally whenever the pace feels too slow or too fast.
- Switch to night-light mode for a gentle glow without a breathing pattern, then tap your Pal to switch between two brightness levels.

- Use the base button to move between the 4–7–8 and 5–5 breathing modes and the light modes.
- Follow the light at a comfortable pace. Breath holds are optional; stop the exercise if it causes discomfort or dizziness.
- Choose the night light or the 30-minute sunset mode for a gentle light during your wind-down.

Timer Pal · Koala
Make the next transition easier to see
Open guide
- Press the bottom button once for Magic Time mode.
- Turn the dial to set 1–99 minutes, then press the dial to start. Tell your child what will happen when the timer ends.
- The glow changes as time passes. At the end, turn or press the dial to clear the colorful finish. Double-press the bottom button to select Companion Night Light mode.

A colorful countdown for everyday routines

- Select the timer mode using the bottom button.
- Turn the dial to choose 1–99 minutes, then press to start the countdown.
- Watch the rainbow change as time passes. Agree on the next activity before starting; use a flexible duration rather than a race.
- Use the bottom button to switch to Companion Night Light mode for a gentle rainbow glow. The night light switches off automatically after two hours. Rainbow Timer Pal also includes a 5–5 breathing-light function.

Calming Pal
Sounds and guided quiet moments
Open guide
- Long-press the bottom button to turn your Pal on or off.
- Long-press the left ear to explore five mindfulness exercises, or the right ear to explore eight nature sounds. Short-press an ear to adjust the volume.
- Short-press the bottom button to choose 30 minutes, 60 minutes or continuous play. Start with a low, comfortable volume.

Slumber Pal Mini
A little glow for your bedtime routine

- Choose the light mode shown in the instructions supplied with your Pal: color light, red light or night light.
- Tap your Pal to change colors in the color-light mode. Keep the light at a comfortable distance and brightness.
- Use the long-press timer control to select the 30- or 60-minute option. Red-light mode switches off after 30 minutes. Check the included guide for the controls on your version.

Limited lifetime warranty
We stand behind defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use at home or in a classroom. This is defect coverage—not insurance against every kind of damage.
What is covered
- Manufacturing and material defects.
- Failure caused by those defects during normal use.
- A battery manufacturing defect, as distinct from normal loss of capacity.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, cosmetic aging and normal battery capacity loss.
- Drops, crushing, pet damage, loss or theft.
- Liquid damage beyond the product's stated protection.
- Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable charging, alterations or repairs.
“Lifetime” means for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, subject to the coverage and exclusions in our full terms. Eligible gifts are covered for the original gift recipient. Proof of purchase is required. Existing warranty rights and applicable consumer rights are preserved.
How to request warranty support
Email hello@palcompany.co with your product name, purchase details and a description of the issue. A photo or short video helps us understand what is happening. If you have registered, use the same email address so we can look up your record.
Purchases from The Pal Company or an authorized seller may be eligible, including gifts with the original purchase details. We review each claim under our full warranty terms.
Stop using or charging a product that is unusually hot, swollen, leaking or visibly damaged. Do not open the housing to troubleshoot.

Save your product and purchase details now, so they are easier to find when you need us. If you need help later, email hello@palcompany.co using your registered email address and we can look up your record.
Registration is optional and does not change your warranty coverage or require a marketing subscription. Please keep your proof of purchase; we may need it when reviewing a claim.
